Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item does not match the description on our website
  • You contact us within 14 days of your delivery date

To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Opened or partially used products are not eligible unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Items returned after 14 days without prior written approval from our team

Sale or discounted items

Opened bulk orders (25 kg+) unless defective

Gift cards or promotional credits

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@naturescargocanada.ca or call 1-888-725-8386 with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and next steps.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to: 98 Pleasantview Road RR 1, Allenford, ON N0H 1A0

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, contact us right away at info@naturescargocanada.ca or 1-888-725-8386. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund where applicable — at no cost to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you spot an error, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
